Travel Vaccinations

Before making an appointment

You will need to complete a travel questionnaire, this can be collected from reception or downloaded here Travel Questionnaire

Once completed you need to return it to reception along with a £10.00 consultation fee.

Making an appointment

You will need to make an appointment with the nurse, it is important that you make an appointment as early as possible, so if you need any vaccines they can be given before you travel.

At the appointment

The nurse will go through travel advice relevant to your destination you are visiting, along with the vaccines that you may need to have.

Not all vaccines are routinely stocked and have to be ordered, so could take time to arrive in surgery.

Some travel vaccines are not provided by the NHS and have to be ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge.
